I Lost My Phone

If you lose your phone or suspect your phone has been stolen, please use someone else's phone to immediately call the BYU-Idaho I.T. Service Desk at 208-496-1411  or use the Live Chat option available on the University's Website. Your Duo account will be shut off so that anyone who uses your phone will not be able to access your account. 

If you find your phone or get a new phone, call the Service Desk again to have your account reinstated.  The I.T. Service Desk is open Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
