OneDrive is available to students, employees, and faculty. Before a user loses their student, employee, or faculty status, they will need to move their OneDrive files to a personal storage device/location as their OneDrive will be deleted.
Students will lose their status as a student after their graduating semester when grades are posted and their degree is posted to their transcript.
Faculty and employees will lose their status on the end date of employment. If you are unsure of this date, please contact Human Resources at 208-496-1700.
